Daily and weekly switch independently — controls which folder/queue IDs each one's posting uses. Takes effect immediately, no redeploy needed.

Daily — when on, every eligible row is posted automatically right after each CSV upload finishes matching, plus a backstop sweep every few minutes in case a row becomes eligible later (e.g. via Recheck Eligible) without a fresh upload. Always sends everything currently eligible — the "10 only" checkpoint on the Daily Transactions page only applies to manual posting.

Weekly — when on, an upload auto-posts only if every line it captured is eligible; if even one line needs manual review, it holds off so an incomplete batch never gets sent under the shared total. The Friday 15:00 scheduled post is unaffected either way — it always runs.

Both off by default; manual posting keeps working the same regardless.
